Step into a peaceful morning of reflection and renewal with Emma, as she gently guides you through a soul-soothing hour of meditation and journalling. This calming, restorative session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, quiet the mind, and invite clarity and calm into your day.
You'll be held in a nurturing, tranquil space where you can let go of the outside world and soften into stillness. Through guided breathwork, grounding prompts, and intentional writing, this hour becomes a sanctuary for healing, peace, and personal insight.
Afterwards, you're warmly invited to join our group breakfast at Loubie's Bookshop & Kitchen – a chance to connect, nourish, and gently ease into the rest of your day. This will be a nourishing acai bowl, crafted with love and care. (Please add this on when prompted if you wish)
