Step away from the busyness of everyday life and into our cosy nook, where you can slow down, reconnect and enjoy some precious moments together.
Through gentle, guided baby massage, you’ll have the opportunity to bond with your baby in a calm and welcoming environment, encouraging relaxation, connection and wellbeing for you both.
And because looking after yourself is just as important as looking after your little one, we’ve made sure there’s a little nurturing for the grown-ups too!

A Little Something to Know
Our Nurture & Nourish sessions are suitable for babies from birth until they become actively mobile, allowing everyone to enjoy a gentle and relaxed experience together.
To keep our sessions cosy, calm and comfortable for everyone, and due to our limited space, places are limited to one parent or grown-up per baby. Thank you so much for understanding.

Spaces are limited to keep our sessions intimate, peaceful and personal. Booking is essential.
